CNC FANUC LATHE beginners level

28th October 2022. 8 hours. Intensive from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00h.

OBJECTIVES

The students will be able to acquire the knowledge for the handling and programming of the FANUC numerical control of the lathe. Both in ISO programming language and in Manual Guide at a basic level of presentation, at an initiation level, to be able to get more performance from the machines they work with, to know the environment and to carry out programming.

CONTENTS

Programming in ISO language:

• Coordinate system on cnc lathes.


• G and M functions.


• Tools and correctors.


• Basic structure of a program.


• Panel handling.


• Simulation and types.

Introduction to Manual Guide:

• General structure of a programme (manual guide).


• Fixed cycles in manual guide.
