CNC FANUC LATHE Advanced Level

24th February 2023. 8 hours. Intensive from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00h.

OBJECTIVES

The students will be able to acquire the knowledge for the handling of the numerical control of the lathe.  Both in ISO programming language and in Manual Guide, at a more advanced level, to be able to get more performance from the machines they work with.

CONTENTS

Cycle programming in ISO language:

• Review of the general structure of a program.

Programming in Manual Guide:

• Roughing cycle.


• finishing cycle.


• drilling cycle.


• threading cycle.


• grooving cycle.


• internal machining.
