OBJECTIVES

The students will be able to acquire the knowledge for the handling of the numerical control of the milling machine, applicable to machining centres. Both in ISO programming language and in Manual Guide, at an intermediate level, to review and consolidate basic knowledge and improve the level of knowledge in programming the Numerical Control. In order to get more out of the machines they work with.

CONTENTS

Programming in ISO language:

• Review of the general structure of a program.


• Simulation.


• Drilling cycle (G81).


• Repetition of holes and threads.


• Coordinate transformation.
